At Four Seasons Florals, every wreath is handmade with care and packaged securely to reach you in perfect condition.

Processing Time

• Each wreath is made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be created before dispatch.
• During busy seasons (Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer – I’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping

• Orders are sent via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.
• Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.
• Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Free local collection is available – please get in touch to arrange.

Packaging

Each wreath is carefully packed in a strong storage box (provided by me), which you can reuse to safely store your wreath when it’s not in use.
