Returns Policy

At Four Seasons Florals, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Each wreath is handmade with love and care, and I take great pride in the quality of my work.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If your wreath arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Because my wreaths are handmade to order and often customised, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
  • Once your return is approved, I’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, work may have already begun on your wreath, and I may not be able to offer a cancellation.

Packaging & Care

  • Each wreath is carefully packed in a sturdy storage box to help protect it. Please keep this box safe – it’s perfect for storing your wreath when it’s not in use.
