1. How long will my dried wreath last?
With proper care, your dried wreath can last for months, often up to a year or more, depending on where it’s displayed.
2. Can I hang my wreath outside?
Dried wreaths can be displayed on doors in a sheltered spot. Exposure to high winds, heavy rainfall, and harsh sunlight can cause fading or damage so please take this into consideration if you intend it for your front door.
3. Will the colours fade over time?
Yes, natural fading is normal with dried flowers and foliage. To slow this process, keep your wreath away from direct sunlight and moisture.
4. How do I care for my wreath?
Keep it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun, avoid crushing or brushing against it, and gently dust it with a soft brush or hairdryer on a cool, low setting if needed.
5. Are your dried wreaths eco-friendly?
Yes! My dried wreaths are biodegradable and a sustainable alternative to plastic or artificial wreaths, down to the packaging - so they're kind to your home and the planet.
6. Do your dried wreaths smell?
Some retain a lovely natural fragrance (like lavender or eucalyptus), but the scent may fade over time.
7. Can I request a custom wreath?
Absolutely! I’m happy to create bespoke designs to match your colour scheme, occasion, or home style. Ask away!
8. How are the wreaths packaged?
In an eco-friendly box with fully biodegradable packaging.
9. What size are the wreaths?
Currently all my wreaths have a 30cm base but including the flowers and foilage, they are about 50cm in diameter.
10. Can your wreaths be reused year after year?
Yes and no. This all depends on a few factors; if it was hung outside, was it in direct sun or did it get damp? If it was hung inside on a wall in a very bright room, it may have discoloured over time. If it was put away and stored carefully and looked after (as advised above), then it may well last for quite some time.
11. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, I offer delivery across the UK (and can discuss international options if required).
12. Can bows be removed if it isn't to my taste?
Yes, I am happy to do this at no extra cost. A bow isn't for everyone.
10. Can I arrange a return if there is a problem?
Damaged or faulty? Let me know within 7 days with photos and I’ll replace or refund.
Changed your mind? As all wreaths are handmade to order, I can’t accept returns for this.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once approved.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering.
